The rear pannier is made of tough, water-resistant nylon/polyester pack cloth. Two top clips snap over the luggage rack rail and a Velcro strap secures the lower edge to the rack legs. The pannier can be easily lifted off the rack and carried with the top handle. One large flap buckle and two Velcro side flaps secure the pannier contents. Reflective tape on the side panels is added for safety during night striding. Each pannier is 14"x10"x6" (35x25x15cm) for total volume of 26 L.
