Empi Wide five disc brake kit for your Type 1 Bug uses a special rotor and caliper mounting bracket to give you a premium disc brake upgrade using tour existing front spindles with zero offset and no loss of tire clearance. You can have the stopping power of disc brakes and still bolt on your favorite 5x205 Wide Five bolt pattern wheels without using adapters. Kits come complete with master cylinder, brake lines, wheel bearings and seals and all the necessary hardware. Link Pin kit comes with a single master cylinder with no residual valve and Ball Joint kits come with a 67 and later Dual master cylinder. These kits do NOT work with drop spindles. Must use 15 inch wheels!
